Cool Climate Viticulture Short Course
If you're interested in pursuing entry-level employment or further education in the viticulture industry, this introductory workshop is the perfect place to start. You'll learn basic information on topics such as physiology of the vine, vineyard establishment, pruning and trellising, irrigation, and pests and disease. The workshop is condensed into four days of classroom instruction and a field trip on the final day. Takes place in the new BC Wine Information Society Sensory Centre.
