The Cheesiest Sweet & Savoury Competition

Do you love dessert?  Before or after your main course?  Do you get excited at the mention of cheese?  Got a soft spot for aspiring chefs?  Join Dairy Farmers of Canada & the Culinary Arts Centre at Okanagan College for an evening of sweetness matched by savoury foods.  Four apprentice chef teams will create their own cheesy desserts and four apprentice chef teams will create their own savoury cheesy dishes all of which include delicious Canadian cheeses and paired with sumptuous Okanagan wines.  Meet the apprentices, mingle with the wineries and marvel at the pairings.  But, you are not off the hook with just tastings and sipping - every guest will cast a vote to determine the cheesiest culinary creation and wine pairing while you are entertained with live music.
