Event Ticket Refund Policy
All sales are final, unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled, or the facility is closed due to unforeseen circumstances. You will automatically be notified if this occurs, if you have provided our ticketing agents with a valid e-mail address or phone number when you made your booking.
If an event is rescheduled, and you elect to receive a refund, you must return the complete ticket order.
Returned tickets must be received at least 48 hours prior to the event in order for a refund to be issued. Refunds due to cancellation or unforeseen facility closure will be issued automatically.
Membership or Event Submission Refund Policy
We will allow exchanges or adjustments to the event only, but if submitted after the printing deadline then the changes will be made online only. If the customer has made a typo error when filling out the ordering form, there are no refunds or credits on event submissions.
