While the vines are snoozing through the winter, our Okanagan winemakers are hard at work. Well, okay – they get a break from time to time. And they want you to visit them.
Set in January at the magnificent alpine setting of Sun Peaks Resort, our annual Winter Okanagan Wine Festival is one of a kind. From skiing and snowboarding, to wine seminars and progressive tastings, this is a unique experience – kind of like our award winning icewines and a hot tub. Now that’s a good wine pairing.
Start the day with a great run on fresh powder, pop in for a seminar led by a wine master and end up at a winemaker’s dinner – yes, with the winemaker. They like fresh powder, too.
Crisp mountain air. A crackling fireplace. Good friends, great BC wine. That’s winter.
