Annual vertical tasting of Clos du Soleil flagship wines, co-hosted by winemaker Michael Clark and master of wine Rhys Pender. The menu features verticals of Capella and Signature, plus other exciting wines from the Clos du Soleil cellar, all paired with a gourmet multi-course luncheon prepared by a local chef.
