With our wine roots 25th anniversary in 2015, we showcase our wines in a unique way to you this Spring. The chef, together with our winemaker, have paired each new release with a special creation in our restaurant. You will taste the wines paired with in-house cured and smoked meats, preserves and fresh baked goods.
