Assemblage!

Have you always thought it would be fun to try your hand at being a wine scientist? Assemblage is a phenomenal way to learn to blend your own wine. Join Okanagan Crush Pad from Summerland, British Columbia and be introduced to blending your own wine! You will start with a tasting of single varietals. Once your senses are awakened, participants will be grouped into winemaking teams to experience the joy of blending wines. The afternoon finishes with a blind tasting of all the new blends followed by a vote for the favourite blend and a special prize for the team that gets voted Best Blend.
