Fall WestJet Wine Tastings Central Drop Off Program

The Okanagan Wine Festivals Society (OWFS) is proud to provide patrons at The Fall WestJet Wine Tastings event access to our “Central Drop Off Program.” The “Central Drop Off Program” is designed to provide a safe ride from The Fall WestJet Wine Tastings to an identified central drop off point.  The “Central Drop Off Program” does not provide a ride to private residences, restaurants, nightclubs or other licensed establishments. We ask that any patrons who have consumed any alcohol never get behind the wheel of a vehicle.

How does it work?
Patrons of The Fall WestJet Wine Tastings may request to participate in the “Central Drop Off Program”  through our registration form (sent out to guests prior to the event). Shuttle pick up will be located outside the main entrance of the event. Shuttles will have signs with each drop off location on them. Proceed to the shuttle you previously registered for and give your name to board. Shuttles will not hold so please ensure you are on the bus prior to the scheduled departure time. Guests must pre-register for this service.
 
 
Where will the “Central Drop Off Program” take me?
Patrons will be offered a ride through the “Central Drop Off Program” to a previously identified central drop off point. The program does not provide a ride to private residences, restaurants, nightclubs or other licensed establishments.

The Okanagan Wine Festivals Society is proud to provide patrons at Valley First Presents Sensation a safe ride home taxi ride. The “Get Home Safe” is designed to provide a safe ride home from this signature event to your residence or hotel only. “Get Home Safe” does not provide a ride to restaurants, nightclubs, or other licensed establishments. We ask that any patron who has consumed any alcohol never get behind the wheel of a vehicle.
 

Frequently Asked Questions

How Does it work? 
Patrons of Valley First Presents Sensation may request a “Get Home Safe” taxi ride from the event directly to their residence or hotel. There is a designated pickup point with appropriate signage at the event manned by event security personnel for the hours of the event and after the completion of the event until the last person in the “Get Home Safe” taxi line is in a taxi. This taxi ride will be valued up to $50.00. Anything over that amount must be paid for by the guest.
