Introducing From Cellars to Classics-- a new OWFS Signature Event in partnership with Okanagan ChamberFest. This event brings the natural pairing of wine and music together and features the very best of Canada’s classical chamber musicians. The evening will begin with an hour-long wine and hors d’oeuvres reception where guests will have the opportunity to taste more than 35 wines from regional wineries. Guests will then enjoy two 45-minute performances. Everything from solo piano to string quartet, the timeless works of masters such as Bach, Mozart, and Schubert will be blended with thought-provoking pieces by living composers such as John Luther Adams and the legendary Okanagan composer, Imant Raminsh. Do not miss this one-of-a-kind event! Ticket price includes entrance, food, wine tasters and a complimentary glass of wine served during intermission.
