"Méthode Matters" explores the artistry and precision behind traditional method sparkling wines - the same time-honoured technique that gives Champagne its elegance and complexity.

In this guided tasting, we’ll travel from the limestone soils of Champagne, to the sun-drenched vineyards of Spain’s Cava region, and back home to the crisp mountain air of the Okanagan Valley. We'll compare a total of six sparkling wines, one Champagne, one Cava, and four exceptional BC traditional method wines, while learning the craftsmanship, patience, and science behind every bubble.

Led by our host and joined by local winemakers, this one-hour tasting blends education, conversation, and celebration. Because when it comes to bubbles, méthode truly matters.
