Alexis De Portneuf Presents: "The Young Chefs"
Watch the next generation of Young Chefs as they are challenged to get cheesy! Each chef will compete to create a dish that best highlights the cheese provided by Alexis de Portneuf from Quebec. You play the judge and critic as you vote for your favorite plate created by a Young Chef which is paired with a British Columbia winery. Professional judges will also choose their favourite food and wine pairing to determine the Top Young Chef. This is a Get Home Safe event, sponsored by BC Liquor Stores and Valley First Insurance.
