As if a quiet conductor of nature’s bounty, the Calliope (ka-LIE-oh-pee) hummingbird impulsively flies throughout the South Okanagan Valley. Keen eyes and careful ears can witness them fluidly sing an aria to Mother Nature’s prowess as they set their daily course. Our winemakers take cues from the energetic flight of these delicate creatures and create their own distinct tribute to nature’s gifts. The results are wines made free of convention, that are truly unique and of the highest quality.
